Dear Patient,

Guided by American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) recommendations and in accordance with state and local health officials, Fertility Specialists of Texas (FST) is open and seeing patients in all offices.

In addition to stringent sanitation and sterilization protocols, we have implemented the following policies.

Virtual Visits: New patient appointments and follow-ups will occur via web conference or other digital remote options until further notice.

Call/Text Notification: Patients being seen in the Frisco office must call FST upon arrival in the office parking lot and wait in their vehicle until they receive a text to come to the office for their appointment.

Limited Guests: A patient may be accompanied for the following visits only: IUI, embryo transfer or OB sonogram. All other in-office visits are exclusive to patients; partners, family and friends will not be allowed to attend.

Medical Screening: Travel and symptom questionnaires and temperature checks will occur upon arrival. Any patient with a temperature greater than 100 will be sent home and the appointment rescheduled.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Patients must wear protective masks at all times while in the office. FST staff will wear additional layers of protection.

Modified Schedule: Appointments will be made on a staggered schedule to allow for social distancing in patient waiting and exam areas.
