Jenna Owens, co-host of The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show on 106.1 KISS FM, has been an advocate for women’s health for years, launching her own fitness and lifestyle brand, Fitish, and sharing her commitment to finding balance in the midst of chaos — including plans for baby.
On-air and in-person, Jenna has openly shared that she’s not in a mamahood state of mind just yet, but as she blows out more candles on each birthday cake, she’s realized that her biological clock doesn’t have a pause button.
But, she has found a way to freeze time.
“I got some eggs frozen. It was really cool, actually … it’s really fascinating what the body can do.”
Jenna recently completed an egg freezing cycle at Fertility Specialists of Texas — she now has 17 eggs on ice at main location in Frisco — and openly shared snapshots of her experience on-air and online.
“I could have a child at 40 or 45 and my eggs will still be the age I am now. You preserve time, that’s really what you get to do.”
